You are responsible for maintaining the security of the email inbox and Discord account you use to sign in, and for all activity that occurs under your verified session. Notify us immediately if you believe your access has been compromised. We may refuse, suspend, or revoke access at our discretion where these Terms are breached.
WareStore sells intangible digital goods that are made available to you electronically the moment your order completes. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change at any time without notice. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately but do not warrant that descriptions, stock indicators, or other content are error-free.
Checkout and payment are handled by our hosted store provider. By completing checkout you agree to pay the listed price together with any applicable fees or taxes. We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order — including where we suspect fraud, error, abuse, or a breach of these Terms — and to correct pricing or description errors even after an order is placed. Because our products are delivered instantly, you expressly consent to immediate delivery upon purchase.
Digital products are delivered electronically and become available immediately after a completed order. All sales are final. Replacements and store credit are the only remedies we offer, and they are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. If you have an issue with an order, you must contact us first and give us a reasonable opportunity to help. Initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal before doing so is considered a breach of these Terms and a fraudulent act. It will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your access and the forfeiture of any active warranty, store credit, and outstanding entitlements, and we reserve the right to recover any resulting costs.
The WareStore name, branding, website, layout, text, and graphics are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access the site for its intended purpose. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from the site or its content without our prior written permission.
Except for the replacement warranty expressly set out in our Refund Policy, the site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any product will meet your specific expectations.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WareStore will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the site or any product. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold WareStore harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the site or products, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, where we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms or engaged in fraud or abuse. On termination, your right to use the site ceases immediately; provisions that by their nature should survive (including those on payment, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version, and changes take effect when posted. Your continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
